1. Who we are

This policy describes how Skinlapse ("the app", "we") handles information. Skinlapse is operated by:

2. The principle: your photos never leave your device

Skinlapse is built without accounts, without a cloud and without tracking. Every photo you take with Skinlapse is stored locally on your iPhone only (inside the app's protected container). We have no access to your photos and cannot see them.

We collect no: user accounts, names, email addresses, location data, analytics (no Firebase, no Mixpanel), advertising or tracking SDKs. We never sell data.

If you purchase Skinlapse Pro, our service provider RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) processes on our behalf:

Payment details are handled exclusively by Apple; we never see them. Transfers to the US rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Details: revenuecat.com/privacy, apple.com/legal/privacy.

5. Permissions

You can revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR (and similar laws such as UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA) you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we collect virtually no personal data, there is usually nothing to hand over or delete — on request via support@halora.app we will reset or delete the anonymous ID stored with RevenueCat.

7. Children

Skinlapse is rated 4+, knowingly collects no data from children and requires no account. In-app purchases require Apple ID confirmation or Family Sharing "Ask to Buy".

8. Changes

If we make material changes, we will update this policy and the date above. The current version always lives at this URL.
